COVID-19 Protocols

Patient / Client -

  • If you have any of these symptoms please cancel and reschedule your appointment: Any fever, cough, shortness of breath or have come in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. 

  • Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children will be allowed during your appointment. 

  • We ask that you come at your scheduled time so that there are not people crossing paths in the waiting area. Our providers have extended the time between clients to assure there are not more people than necessary in our shared space and allow the time required for additional cleaning protocols.

  • A sanitizer station will be located at the door and in each treatment room. We ask that you sanitize your hands after entering and before and after services.

  • Everybody must wear masks upon entering the waiting area and to your treatment room. Masks during services will depend on the treatment you will be receiving 

(If you do not have a mask please let us know and one can be provided to you for $1.00 added to your service)

  • We are unable to offer hot stone services until the next phase of re-opening. The safety precautions required will not be manageable.

  • We will be signing an “X’ as your signature on the debit machine to reduce the number of objects being cross contaminated.

  • We will not be offering beverages in the clinic at this time.

  • If you have any insurance changes or require updated paperwork please notify your provider before your appointment so we can set that up.
